By accessing and using Fader Foundry's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Service Description
Fader Foundry provides subscription-based music production education, including structured learning paths, sound design laboratories, mixing and mastering tutorials, studio equipment guides, and downloadable resources such as presets and sample packs.
Our services include community forums, project-based assignments, feedback sessions, and optional one-on-one mentoring. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service and that they have agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Subscription and Payment Terms

User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any original content you submit to our platform, including forum posts, project submissions, and feedback requests. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Community Guidelines and Conduct
Users must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally when participating in our community forums and feedback sessions. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, though no refunds will be provided for unused portions of prepaid subscription periods.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
